Customers & Distributors may return unused, unopened, and sealed products within 7 to 10 days from date of purchase.

• Product must be unused & in original packaging.
• Original Invoice/Bill is mandatory.
• Damaged, used, or tampered products → not accepted.
• Perishable/agriculture products may be non-returnable once opened.
• Company reserves right to inspect before approval.

• Approved returns processed within 7–10 working days.
• Refund via Bank Account / UPI or original payment method.
• Courier, handling, or shipping charges may be deducted (where applicable).
• Refunds initiated only after successful verification of returned products.

Any distributor wishing to discontinue business may apply for cancellation by submitting:

• Distributor ID
• Purchase Invoice
• Bank Account Details
• Written Cancellation Request

Upon verification, the distributor account may be deactivated as per company policies.

morewellorganica.com may repurchase resalable products from distributors as per company norms & direct selling guidelines.

• Products must be in resalable condition & within expiry period.
• Buyback value calculated after adjustment of bonuses, commissions, or incentives already paid.
• Company reserves right to reject damaged or non-marketable products.

• Promotional materials & Training kits
• Expired products
• Customized or special-order items
• Digital training / service-based products
